Blake’s just a regular guy from San Francisco with a wife and kid. His name comes up in the family lottery, and bam, he inherits his dad’s old place in Oregon. So, Blake thinks, “Hey, why not check it out?” His marriage with Charlotte is on the rocks anyway, so maybe a little getaway will help.

They pack up their daughter Ginger and hit the road. It’s all going fine until they roll up to the house super late at night. Out of nowhere, something attacks them—some wild animal or who knows what—and they hustle inside, locking all the doors up tight.

But things go from bad to bizarre as Blake starts acting really off. It’s like he’s turning into someone—or something—else. Now Charlotte’s stuck wondering what’s more dangerous: whatever’s out there lurking around or this new version of Blake by her side?
